WINNING HEARTS

Delivering a sense of contentment and winning hearts for years has been Arihant’s passion. For years we have lived up to the expectations of our valuable customers who without any doubt have believed in us. We have created a name for ourselves not by just publishing and selling the books, but by making our customers happy. We don’t believe in coincidence or dumb luck, but have put years into securing a place in the heart of the customers.


We as a seed started with publishing books for competitive exams and now have our wings widespread in other major categories too. From the very beginning our editorial teams emphasized on creating ‘text that connects’. We spend a lot of time on a few great things, until every idea you flip, enhances each life it touches. It was not that we instantly clicked with the buyers. There were a thousand no’s for every yes. But we kept going with an aim to connect with the buyers through the medium of text. With the connection, began the journey which has placed us where we are today. When we start off with new projects, the customers may rarely have an interest but once the book is released we receive overwhelming response from them. Over the years we have created a niche for ourselves all thanks to our valuable customers who have even helped us in revising the content. For instance, once we got feedback from our valued customer Chetan who was aspiring for IIT at that time, intimating us about a topic which lacked explanation. He sent his feedback for review & revision and we immediately looked into the matter and reprinted the books again with the revised content. Such is our connection with our customers that they not just refer our books but also take a thought into improvement of those.
Large numbers of online sellers offering large discounts but the buyers choose to buy directly from us. We have won the faith of the customers by connecting with them (That is called winning faith which we done with our reliable and credible content). The same can be learnt from a very recent incident of a customer placing an order of Rs 9000 at one go on our website. Choosing to buy without much discount over large discounts being offered elsewhere shows the place we hold for the customers. With Cash-on-Delivery gaining popularity our Demand Draft mode of payment stills holds its relevance.
With succeeding years we have also progressed in being the most sought after publishers in the competitive and recruitment books market. Recently a major online channel held a conference in which we were awarded the title of ‘Most Searched Publisher’ which shows our ever growing popularity amongst the buyers. Reaching the top has never been easy. Building a brand name and image has taken years of dedicated efforts from our workforce who has always strived to work harder and produce more effective results. It had to be built from scratch and today we enjoy much highest levels of reliability and credibility.
Our customers are like our family who as in when required have consulted us and referred our books. Few days back I myself got a chance to interact with a girl studying in Class 11th who wanted to know about the best learning resources for PMT preparation. The query started from our customer relation desk, came to me and even got forwarded to a senior person who in the best way guided the caller on the relevant resources she could use for her preparation. Building relations takes time and efforts and today as an employee, as a content developer I feel proud to be a part of the team which is always focused on developing the best resources and connecting with the buyers.
