Innovation is the key to growth. Developing something new always is the only way to stay in the race. Putting our foot forward into the school books publishing was never easy but with great zeal and enthusiasm we launched ourselves into the school segment two years back. Being the best incompetitive and recruitment exam books market, it was a pressure on everybody to create something that would be unique, subtle and complete in itself.
The idea to develop exquisite and exhaustive resources for the school segment required something that would be talked about on for years. The name given to the new series which would incorporate the minute details and present the exhaustive content was nothing but ‘All In One’. These resources like our other resources aim at providing tailor-made content but are yet distinct in their own. The books intend to provide guidance to the students starting from the stage of learning, to practicing what has been learnt and assessing the concepts learnt & practiced.
Publishing for the school segment is not as glamorous as publishing Maxim or FHM but still holds the same amount of glamour as buying for need is above buying for pleasure. Not being sure about its success, the company was ready to experiment in a whole new segment and took a step further in the direction. The project theme for the new series of resources was designed and a new team for the same was formed, a separate team that would centralize its efforts towards developing need based content strictly on the lines of CBSE curriculum and NCERT Textbooks. Special thanks to all the Project Heads who stood by every member in the team and were always there to motivate & get the best out of them . Finally after a year of hard work, the launch day for the new series came. The launch for the same at our Head Office in Meerut included members from various teams at Arihant who had come to be a part our new endeavor, an endeavor which has created a special place for itself in the school books segment. On the launch day the spirit to do it again, the spirit to make it success was infused in our minds. After its launch, the acceptance and appreciation for the content came in from nooks and crannies of the country. Today, All In One is not a new name anymore, it is a well known brand amongst the teaching fraternity and the students. Today, after witnessing the whole project from inception to its fame, I have learnt a new lesson ‘It’s our life, How to make it large’.
